An alternative to MW-4A if redevelopment does not improve the yield of this <br /> well. <br /> 2. Additional details on the construction and development of the new extraction well <br /> XW-1, including applicable items to be included in a Site Assessment Work Plan. <br /> 3. A health and safety plan. <br /> 4. A schedule for the permitting process for disposal of extracted ground water and <br /> one for evaluating the ground water extraction system. <br /> On behalf of Triple E, we are pleased to submit this addendum which addresses each of the <br /> items noted above. <br /> As requested in the July 31 letter, information on other potential sources of chloroform and on <br /> domestic and community water supplies north of Triple E will be submitted by August 31, 1995. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL 0 GEOLOGICAL 0 ENGINEERING 0 GEOTECHNICAL <br />
