In addition, <br /> it also provided time for questions and answers to identify <br /> key elements that the Board desires in the CSI work plan . <br /> Furthermore, it was our objective to provide a foundation of <br /> understanding that will allow the Board to expedite approval <br /> of the CSI work plan when it is received. <br /> It is anticipated that the work plan will be submitted by <br /> June 1 , 1993 to the Regional Board for its consideration . <br /> The plan will include the following key elements : ' <br /> 1 . Criteria for determining baseline levels of nitrate <br /> and phosphorus in the groundwater and muni oring any <br /> changes in these levels which may be related to the o' _-- <br /> bio-remediation process . <br /> 2 . A schedule for post-remediation monitoring of <br /> chloroform. `J <br /> 3 . Case studies to support the CSI bio-remediation plan <br /> and to validate the technical capabilities of CSI . <br /> 4 .
