REVISED MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO.99-123 2 <br /> TRIPLE E PRODUCE CORPORATION ESFRESH PRODUCE CORPORATION DRAFT <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 3. Flow to Tanker Truck represents the wastewater discharged to the tanker truck and applied for dust control. This value <br /> can be manually recorded based on tank volume. <br /> °. Standard Minerals shall include at least the following compounds: boron,calcium, iron,magnesium,potassium, <br /> sodium,chloride, sulfate,total alkalinity(including alkalinity series),and hardness. <br /> LAND APPLICATION AREA MONITORING <br /> Monitoring of the land application area shall be conducted when irrigation is occurring and the results <br /> shall be included in the monthly monitoring report. During the processing season, the land application <br /> areas shall be inspected daily to identify any equipment malfunction or other circumstance that might <br /> allow recycled water to runoff the land application area and/or create conditions that violate the Waste <br /> Discharge Requirements. Evidence of erosion, saturation, irrigation runoff, or the presence of nuisance <br /> conditions shall be noted in the report. A log of these inspections as well as any complaints of runoff <br /> shall be kept at the facility and made available for review upon request. <br /> Effluent monitoring results shall be used in calculations to ascertain loading rates at the land application <br /> area. Monitoring of the land application area shall include the following: <br /> Type of Sampling Reporting <br /> Constituent Units Sample Frequency Frequency <br /> Acreage Applied Acres Calculated Daily Monthly <br /> Water Application Rate z gal/acre-day Calculated Daily Monthly <br /> Total Nitrogen 2 lbs/ac-month Calculated Monthly Monthly <br /> Biochemical Oxygen Demand 2 lbs/ac-month Calculated Monthly Monthly <br /> Total Dissolved Solids Loading Rate 2 lbs/ac-month Calculated Monthly Monthly <br /> T Land application areas shall be identified and a map portraying all land application areas included. <br /> 2 For each land application area. <br /> 3 Sampling/calculation only required when discharge to land application area is occurring. <br /> DUST CONTROL AREA MONITORING <br /> Monitoring of the areas where wastewater is applied for dust control shall be conducted whenever dust <br /> control activities are preformed and shall be included in the monthly monitoring report. Evidence of <br /> erosion, saturation, runoff, or the presence of nuisance conditions shall be noted in the report. A log of <br /> these inspections as well as any complaints of runoff shall be kept at the facility and made available for <br /> review upon request. <br /> GROUNDWATER MONITORING <br /> Prior to construction and/or sampling of any groundwater monitoring wells, the Discharger shall submit <br /> plans and specifications to the Board for review and approval. All wells identified in the groundwater <br /> monitoring well network shall be sampled and analyzed according to the schedule below. <br /> Prior to sampling,the groundwater elevations shall be measured and the wells shall be purged of at least <br /> three well volumes or until temperature, pH, and electrical conductivity have stabilized.
