Box 239 FjBIOAPS <br /> Tracy, CA. 95378 <br /> TRIPLE "E" PRODUCE CORPORATION, TRACY, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Enclosed is a staff memorandum discussing the Report of Waste <br /> Discharge supplement, the Domestic Well Survey Work Plan, and the <br /> Ground Water Investigation Work Plan submitted on behalf of the <br /> Triple "E" Produce Corp. <br /> The RWD supplement has provided the additional information we <br /> needed to determine appropriate requirements on your discharge. <br /> As long as the production wastewater will be used by the Banta <br /> Carbona Irrigation District (BCID) and it maintains the quality <br /> your RWD predicts, the Regional Board will not adopt waste <br /> discharge requirements for the facility. To assure that the <br /> discharge is of the quality predicted we will issue a monitoring <br /> and reporting program to continually evaluate the discharge. We <br /> also request written confirmation of BCID's agreement to accept <br /> Triple E's wastewater. Waste discharge requirements may be <br /> adopted at a later date if we find water quality is effected. <br /> Our concerns with the latter two submittals have been noted in <br /> the attached memorandum. Modifications to the domestic well <br /> survey were discussed with you by telephone on 6 June 1988 and <br /> this letter serves as written verification of that conversation. <br /> During that conversation staff indicated that the survey should <br /> also include obtaining well drillers reports for as many of the <br /> wells in that area as possible. These reports are available at <br /> the Department of Water Resources, 3251 S Street, Sacramento. <br /> We request you submit, by 8 July 1988 , an addendum to the Ground <br /> Water Investigation Work Plan which addresses the concerns <br /> discussed in the memorandum.
