To avoid confusion between the requirements listed in Monitoring and Reporting
Program (MRP)No. R5-2002-0810 and Board staff's No Further Remedial Action Letter dated
18 July 2002, we have attached a draft MRP for the sampling and reporting schedule for
monitoring well MW-7. As you know, the requirement to monitor MW-1 is contained in Waste
Discharge Requirements Order No. 99-123, which regulates the discharge of Triple E's process
wastewater.
Please submit your comments on the draft MRP by 4 February 2003. If you have any questions,
you may contact me at (916) 255-3119 or by email at lewisd(a rb5s.swrcb.ca.gov.
DEVRA LEWIS
Environmental Scientist
Attachment
cc: Mr. Mike Infurna, San Joaquin County Health Department, Stockton
Mr. Michael Campos, Washburn, Briscoe &McCarthy, Sacramento
Mr. John Kramer, Condor Earth Technologies, Sonora
California Environmental Protection Agency
Ca Recycled Paper
The energy challenge facing California is real.
