Based on my conversations with Mr. Infurna everything should be in place for
work to begin on Monday,4/29/02. 1 have sent the attached Figure 14 to Mr.LeBlanc of Teichert
who indicated that future grading at various well sites will require completions deeper than three
feet. I have attached his memo and provide you with a table and cross-section to assist in your
work scope. Grading activity will increase the desired depth of the top of the mushroom cap on
the abandoned wells to 5 feet bgs. While he indicates that grading at wells MW-2,MW-3, and
MW-5 will be less than a foot,Condor recommends that these wells also be closed at a deeper
depth due to the risk that they will be intersected when housing foundations on the lots are
excavated at some future time. In other respects the work plan is as submitted to Mr. Inform on
4/15/02 with two wells requiring only pressure grouting(Figure 2) and five wells scheduled for
wireline destruction. MW-7 will not be closed at this time. Condor marked the wells with 10-
foot white posts, and has asked Triple E to provide a monitor to assist Teichert equipment
operators to avoid them during tree demolition scheduled for 4/24/02.
Total number of pages(including this cover sheet) Page 1 of 5.
If you do not receive all of these pages, please call.
P:\0809\COR\CLARKFAX020424.DOC
