n <br /> Authorization Statement �- <br /> Permission is granted to Advanced GeoEnvrioninental, Inc (AGE) acting on behalf of Mr. <br /> Peter Wallace Jr. for the estate of Peter Wallace Sr. and the former HESS-DUBOIS <br /> CLEANERS at 348 West Harding Way, Stockton, California to establish six soil boring, <br /> within three to six months of this authorization, at the School For Adults (El Dorado School) <br /> at 1525 Pacific Avenue and Harding Way in Stockton (See attached Map). <br /> This investigation will be conducted in accordance with San Joaquin County regulations in <br /> order to collect soil and ground water samples as part of the investigation of the dry cleaning <br /> solution release at the former Hess DuBois site at 348 West Harding Way in Stockton. <br /> AGE will agree to Stockton Unified School District (PROPERTY OWNER)designated hours <br /> of access, make reasonable efforts to avoid or minimize interference with or disrupt any <br /> business activities at the PROPERTY OWNER Further AGE will hold general commercial <br /> liability insurance to cover $1,000,000 for damage, personal damage and death; auto; and <br /> workman compensation in accordance with the laws of the State of California. <br /> INDEMNITY <br /> PROPERTY OWNER has no assumed liabilities for any injury or damages that may occur <br /> during these activities on the property.
