The barricading of any portion of City streets shall be subject to the approval of the <br /> City Traffic Engineer. Traffic cones and warning signs shall be used to direct traffic <br /> and shall be installed in accordance with the Caltrans Manual of Traffic Controls for <br /> Construction and Maintenance Work Zones or the WATCH Manual. <br /> 14. The permittee shall not close any traveled lanes to facilitate installation., <br /> maintenance, or sampling of the well(s). <br /> 15.
