Should the well (s) be placed adjacent to property owned by <br /> someone other than the owner of the property requesting this <br /> permit , the applicant for this permit shall submit proof that <br /> the property owner adjacent to the well drilling operation has <br /> been notified of the proposed drilling. Proof may consist of <br /> a copy of a letter mailed to the property owner along with <br /> proof of delivery of that letter . <br /> The Revocable Permit application should be made by, and financial <br /> security supplied by, the party responsible for the permanent <br /> maintenance of the well . Usually, the party responsible is the <br /> owner of the site requiring the well. . <br /> Following the issuance of the Revocable Permit, an Encroachment <br /> Permit must be issued to allow the actual construction activity <br /> within the City right-of-way. The Encroachment Permit may be <br /> issued to whomever is performing the work.
