To date,EHD hasnot received the requested work plan. <br /> Also by letter dated July 18, 2005, EHD directed you to begin immediately electronically <br /> submitting data collected during quarterly groundwater monitoring events to GeoTracker — the <br /> State Water Resources Control Board database system. To date, data and reports are still not <br /> being submitted to GeoTracker. Failure to submit this requested data constitutes a violation of <br /> California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 30, Articles 1 and 2, Sections 3890 <br /> —3895. <br /> Other EHD directives yet to be completed include surveying the three onsite monitoring wells <br /> and submitting a sensitive receptor survey report of domestic, municipal, industrial and other <br /> wells within a 2,000-foot radius of this site. The reports of the work were to be submitted to <br /> EHD by September 19,2005,and October 19,2005,respectively. <br /> If a work plan to assess the vertical and lateral extent of impacted soil and groundwater is not <br /> submitted to EHD by July 14, 2006, data are not electronically submitted to GeoTracker <br /> immediately,and a sensitive receptor survey report is not submitted to EHD by August 24,2006, <br /> formal enforcement action by the San Joaquin County District Attorney's Office and/or the <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board(CVRWQCB)may be requested. <br /> Please contact Vicki McCartney at (209) 468-3456, or by electronic mail at <br /> vmccartney r_)sicehd.com if you have any questions, or if you are unable to meet these.deadlines. <br /> Donna Heran, REHS,Director <br /> �Environmental Health Department <br /> Victoria L.
