Harding Avenue, Stockton
Dear Mike:
Please accept the enclosed Work Plan for Blockbuster Video/Yellow Submarine
at 140 W. Harding Avenue in Stockton.
Our client has requested that our scope of work be phased so he can budget his
money for the work that needs to be preformed. Since the major issue is whether or
not ground water has been contaminated, our client wants to drill wells as the next
phase.
The soils contamination in the area of the waste oil tank lines, will be addressed
in the next phase, as the building on site must be demolished to obtain the sample. Our
client has received your information questionnaire regarding the responsible party; you
should be receiving it this week.
We would like to begin drilling at the site on Tuesday, May 7, 1991, if you
have no objection to that dare. Thank you for your help on this project.
Sincerely,
Steven J.
