At this time it is <br /> not known whether the tanks have been removed. <br /> The Scope of Services outlined below will, in our experience <br /> provide the client with the requested information regarding <br /> potential for hydrocarbon contamination of the subject site. <br /> Scope of Services <br /> Our approach on this project is to provide as a minimum, the <br /> following: <br /> 1. Review of public & regulatory information regarding <br /> closure/removal of subject site Underground Storage Tanks <br /> and interviews with previous owners/users/public & <br /> regulatory officials as primary resources. This effort is <br /> valuable in attempting to identify possible locations of <br /> potential hydrocarbon contamination and determining if <br /> present scope of work will be sufficient. <br /> 2 . Permit processing adequate to meet regulatory <br /> requirements performed in cooperation with the client. <br /> 3 . A site reconnaissance including drilling and sampling, <br /> of the subject site soils.
