Page two Project No. 90-43e <br /> Cost Proposal 23' April 1990 <br /> Recommendations will also be provided for slab-on-grade floors, <br /> retaining walls and site grading. <br /> COSTS <br /> This proposal and any resultant contract are subject to all <br /> process, terms and conditions contained in the attached 1989 <br /> Schedule for Services. For the scope of services outlined above, <br /> it is estimated that a cost of $ 1,700.00 to $1,900. 00 will be <br /> incurred, provided these services are performed in conjunction <br /> with the enclosed hydrocarbon assessment proposal. An additional <br /> $ 300 would be required if the hydrocarbon assessment field study <br /> is not performed at the same time. We will not incur costs in <br /> excess of $ 1,900.00 without your prior authorization. Should <br /> unusual conditions be encountered which necessitate additional <br /> exploration, testing or engineering, we will advise you promptly <br /> and obtain your approval of a recommended course of action. Our <br /> 1990 Schedule for Services will be applicable until March 1991. <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> We are prepared to commence work upon verbal authorization to <br /> proceed; weather and site conditions permitting. We will <br /> coordinate our services with your office in order that <br /> information may be furnished promptly and in a timely manner. <br /> Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you on this <br /> project.
