This investigation was <br /> conducted solely for the purpose of evaluating environmental <br /> conditions of soil with respect to potential hydrocarbon-product <br /> contamination on the subject property. Soil engineering and <br /> geotechnical recommendations are contained in a separate report. <br /> Evaluation of the conditions at the site for the purpose of this <br /> investigation is made from limited observation points. Subsurface <br /> conditions may vary away from the data points available.
