All of the <br /> I , foundation materials will be competent after preparation in <br /> accordance-with the grading section of this report and are <br /> E :. <br /> considered low to moderately expansive in nature. The soils <br /> should be moisture conditioned. <br /> 2. Continuous foundations should be reinforced with a minimum of <br /> ru' two no. 4 reinforcing bars, one located near the bottom of the <br /> i <br /> footing and one near the top of the stem wall. Footings should <br /> be founded below an imaginary 2 1/2:1 plane projected up from the <br /> bottoms of adjacent parallel footings or open trenches.
