El Dorado Street Rm. 301. <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> Subject: Carando Machine Works Site Code: 1163457 <br /> 420 North Madison Street . <br /> Stockton, California 95202 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) is currently reviewing the files of <br /> the aforementioned subject property to determine if the site is eligible to be considered for issuance of <br /> a No Further Action closure letter. <br /> The San Joaquin County(EHD) has received concurrence from the Central Valley Regional Quality , <br /> Control Board on a determination that``no further action is required"(closure) for the above referenced <br /> contaminated underground storage tank site. <br /> The review found documentation has not been provided that..indicates you.are in compliance with <br /> Section 25297.15 (a) in Chapter 6.7 of the Health,and Safety Code. This Section requires the primary <br /> or active responsible party to notify all current record owners of fee title to the site of a local agency's <br /> determination that no further action is required. This Section also includes a requirement that the <br /> local <br /> agency(EHD)not issue a closure letter, or make a determination that no further action is required with <br /> respect to "hazardous substance"underground storage tank release sites., unless all current record <br /> owner of fee title to the site have been notified of the proposed action by the primary or active <br /> responsible party. <br /> Please provide the EHD certification in writing that all record.title owners have been notified of the <br /> impending EHD closure determination. If you are the sole property owner, provide a statement of that <br /> fact to the EHD, to fulfill this requirement. Forms have been enclosed for your use to facilitate this <br /> request. Upon receipt of this document the EHD will continue with the closure review process. <br /> I <br />
