Ramos Oil Co- 8925 W Thornton Rd <br /> May 10, 2017 Inspection Violations <br /> Violation 201-Ramos Oil was working on SPCC contingencies. (See attached certified SPCC) <br /> Violation 618-Weekly and monthly inspections are conducted according to those outlined in the SPCC. <br /> Tanks are double-walled and exempt(we believe)from integrity testing described in STI SP001. <br /> Violation 619-Personnel is trained annually on discharge prevention as part of the SPCC training. (See <br /> attached training log and outline) <br /> Violation 622-Spill prevention briefing is conducted as part of the SPCC training. (See attached training <br /> log and outline.) <br /> Violation 710-Visual inspections are conducted weekly and monthly per SPCC. <br /> Violation 715-Liquid level sensors previously tested by in-house maintenance crew. Beginning lune <br /> 2018 liquid level sensors will be tested by third-part test agent Tanknology,annually thereafter. <br /> Violation 718-55 gallon new oil and liquid waste drums are stored in lock cinderblock enclosure with <br /> the perimeter lined with 3.5"oil absorbent boom. <br /> Violation 723-Aboveground valves,piping,and appurtenances are inspected as part of the weekly and <br /> monthly SPCC inspections. <br /> Violation 724-No work has been performed since its construction at which point Filner Construction <br /> would have performed pre and post hydrostatic integrity testing on the lines. We do not have those <br /> records,however piping at this facility has secondary containment and is continuously monitored. <br />
