NIW-19A/B,\rW-20.a/B, <br /> i <br /> MW-21A/B,EW-1,and EW-2 are to be over-drilled. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Selected wells must be replaced within six months of destruction(2 monitoring quarters). If <br /> replacement of the monitoring wells could not be implemented due to structural obstruction or <br /> on-going site redevelopment work,alternative technology to collect groundwater samples and <br /> provide monitoring data of the groundwater contamination plume must be implemented. <br /> 2. Well destruction permit has been issued(SR 36930). EHD staff must be present at the time of k <br /> well destruction. _ <br /> 3.
