Our <br /> clients, Chase Chevrolet and William Chase, are aware of the necessity to make a final ' <br /> determination as to the extent of any groundwater and soil contamination, as well as <br /> commencing the appropriate remediation measures. Even though Chase Chevrolet and Auto <br /> Investments have invested considerable sums to date attempting to determine the extent of the <br /> contamination, they, like you, believe that faster action is required. In furtherance of this <br /> commitment, we wish to inform you that we intend to take the following actions: <br /> 1. I will be submitting an Invitation For Bid to several engineering <br /> firms for assessment work on these two sites by February 13, 1995. The purpose of this <br />
