Auto Investments being the property : <br /> owner, William Chase and Robert Chase being the partners of Auto Investments, <br /> and the property and improvements being leased` by Chase Chevrolet"from Auto <br /> Investments, William Chase being the principal stockholder of Chase Chevrolet. <br /> Auto Investments has already.- been named as a responsible party and the County <br /> is in the process of sending out official Notices of Reimbursement to William <br /> Chase, Robert Chase and Chase Chevrolet notifying them of the fact that they <br /> are jointly responsible with Auto Investments for this site.. . The County is <br /> currently investigating Union Oil 's involvement with the site and will add <br /> Union Oil 's name to the responsible party list if it is determined to be <br /> appropriate.
