You indicated that Jerry <br /> Sperry, Attorney representing Chase , directed you to discontinue <br /> further services regarding this matter . <br /> Please be advised that investigations , removal , temporary or <br /> permanent abandonment in-place, or associated clean up for tanks <br /> previously removed, is the responsibility of the property owners <br /> (Chase) not the City of Stockton.
