Went inside to speak with owner, there was no owner on site therefore I spoke
with an associate and stated the reason for my visit. The associate stated that the back door is propped open in order to let
out hot air from the bakery portion of the facility. Advised associate to discontinue practice today and provide ventilation for the
bakery portion, an air curtain if back door is to be opened or a screen/mesh covering to prevent vermin or pest from entering
facility if back do it to be left open.
