A street-grade chnsty box and a locking cap was used to finish each well Soil <br /> ' borings were abandoned by backfilling to the surface with a neat cement grout <br /> ' Subsequent to well installation, the wellheads were surveyed vertically to the site datum and the <br /> survey data was tied to the existing wells on-site Depth-to-water readings were collected for <br /> ' gradient direction and magnitude confirmation The wells were developed in accordance with <br /> RESNA Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan (QA/QC) and Development Protocol (RESNA, <br /> rMay 4, 1994, Workplan for Additional Site Investigation, Appendix I) <br /> Activities involving potential contact with hazardous substances (i a petroleum hydrocarbon <br /> contaminated soil, water) were conducted in accordance with RESNA's site specific Health and <br /> rSafety Plan (RESNA, May 4, 1994, Workplan for Additional Site Investigation, Appendix 11) <br /> After well development, water samples were collected in accordance with RFSNA's QA/QC <br /> ' Groundwater Sampling Protocol (RESNA, May 4, 1994, Workplan for Additional Site <br /> Investigation, Appendix II).
