Call Melissa at 468-3168 to <br /> schedule for final inspection when ready. <br /> The following items have not been completed: <br /> -Provide 120 F for 3-comp and 100 to 108 F for handwash (restroom handwash are premixed) <br /> -Provide 135 F or above for hot potentially hazardous food (PHF)and 41 F or below for cold PHF <br /> -Soap and paper towel dispensers for hand wash sinks. <br /> -at least 1 inch air gap between drain line and top of floor drain. <br /> -Non-absorbent and cleanable counters <br /> -A carbon dioxide(CO2)tank approximately 300 pounds will be instralled. Please be aware that CO2 among other various <br /> compressed gas is an asphyxiant and is therefore considered a hazardous material subjected to regulation under under <br /> Chapter 6.95, Health and Safety Code, Division 20. The reportable quantity for CO2 is 137 pounds or 1,200 cubic feet in San <br /> Joaquin County(SJC). You will be placed into SJC Environmental Health Department(EHD)Program 1919 for Hazardous <br /> Material Business Plan (HMBP)and California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)compliance.
