Stockton <br /> Violation 103: the new letter of chief and financial responsibility has been filled out and <br /> submitted to (CERS) and will also mail out a copy. <br /> Violation 104: The operating permit and Facility and tank information has been updated and <br /> submitted to (CERS) and will also mail out a copy. <br /> Violation 106: Response plan and contingency plan has been updated and submitted to (CERS) <br /> and also will mail out a copy. <br /> Violation 107: Monitoring Site plan has been updated and submitted to (CERS) and will also <br /> mail out a copy. <br /> Violation 126: The Facility information, Hazardous Material Inventory, Emergency Response <br /> and training Plans, Underground Storage Tanks,have all been updated on(CERS) and will <br /> continue update any information when changes occur. <br /> Violation: 319: The water in the 89 SUMP and the 91 fill SUMP was removed by Service <br /> Station and dispose of in the Hazardous waste Barrels in the pallet yard behind the store. Had <br /> Service Station Replace the seals and also placed rubber mats so no water could penetrate the <br /> sensor when it rain. <br /> Thank you again for helping to identify these above deficiencies.
