Please complete and submit the Return to
Compliance, a corrective action statement for each violation and any requested paperwork within 30 days. For items
that won't be completed within 30 days please provide a statement and estimated completion date. I've also attached
the SP001 monthly and yearly inspection checklists and a flier for free CUPA classes offered by the EHD.
One thing that was not in the report, but I wanted to make note of,the SPCC Plan was amended on 3/18/2019 to
include the following changes: "removed reference to 55-gallon storage at Shop parts area". The box for PE certification
was marked "no". This amendment is a technical change, requiring a PE certification within six months of
amendment. A technical amendment is a change to the facility, tanks, procedures, materials, construction, design, or
maintenance that materially increases or decreases the facility's potential for oil discharge.
Please review the inspection report and if anything is unclear please let me know.
Best Regards,
Lydia Baker
Registered Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
209-468-8257
(baker@sjgov.org
Please note my email address has changed to(baker@sigov.org
5
