To complete 7 monitoring wells (MWs) and 3 soil borings to determine <br /> the lateral extent of soil and ground water contamination. <br /> 2. To collect soil samples every 5 feet from all borings. To select <br /> appropriate samples for analyses: TPH-gas, BTEX, fuel oxygenates <br /> (including 1,2-DCA) and lead. <br /> 3. To develop all MWs prior to groundwater sampling. <br /> 4. To collect groundwater samples, on a Quarterly basis, for analyses of <br /> the above gasoline constituents. Quarterly reporting is also <br /> required until site closure is granted. <br /> 5. To conduct a well receptor survey within a 2000 foot radius of the <br /> site. <br /> 6. To develop a Site Conceptual Model using site specific information. <br /> 7. To prepare a Preliminary Problem Assessment Report and submit it to <br /> EHD and CVRWQCB for review and comment. <br /> S. To develop a Work Plan (WP) for feasibility testing. <br /> 9. To enter the site information into SWRCB Geo Tracker data base using <br /> EDF. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. The total depth of 60 feet bgs proposed for MWs construction is <br /> approved, but the well screens should be limited to no more than 20 <br /> feet. <br /> 2. A WP to vertically define the extent of soil and ground water <br /> contamination will be required and one continuous core soil boring, <br /> at a minimum, will be required in the source area. ' <br /> 3. All necessary access agreements and permits must be procured prior to <br /> beginning work.
