Attached is a <br /> work plan which provides the site background as I understand it and a scope of work to <br /> provide a baseline to assist future assessment plans. In summary, I propose to have the <br /> existing monitor wells surveyed by a licensed surveyor, redeveloped, and sampled. Care <br /> will be taken to attempt to assess the presence, and thickness (if present), of "product" which <br /> may be present on the surface of the groundwater. Based on my understanding of the time <br /> frame for this project, I have not included site or well location maps within the work plan. <br /> Appropriate plates will be included in the report of findings. <br /> Assuming your concurrence with the proposed scope of work and acknowledging your <br /> request for expediency, the redevelopment work is currently tentatively scheduled for Friday <br /> 21 January 1994. The sampling would be performed on Monday 24 January 1994. If these <br /> dates are not acceptable or if the work plan needs modification prior to your acceptance, <br /> please call me at (916) 386-7061 as soon as possible.
