�r <br /> AGREEMENT DISSOLVING PARTNERSHIP <br /> between <br /> SALEEM KHAN <br /> and <br /> S & J AUTO SALES <br /> MOHAMMAD JAMEEL hereinafter sometimes called First Partner <br /> and SALEEM KHAN, hereinafter sometimes call Second Partner agree <br /> as follows : <br /> ARTICLE 1 . RECITALS <br /> Partnership <br /> 1 .01 MOHAMMAD JAMEEL residing at 321 Eden Street , Lodi , CA. <br /> and SALEEM KHAN, residing at 321 Eden Street , Lodi , CA. have been <br /> and now are Partners doing business under the firm name of S & J AUTO <br /> SALES , hereinafter referred to as "the Partnership" , at 521 N. Cherokee <br /> Lane, Lodi , CA. <br /> Partnership Agreement <br /> 1.02 The parties entered into the Partnership and have con - <br /> tinued in Partnership under the provisions of an oral agreement . <br /> Desire to Dissolve <br /> 1.03 The parties now desire to dissolve their Partnership and <br /> liquidate its affairs pursuant to a plan whereby SALEEN KHAN sells and <br /> assigns all of his interest in the Partnership to MOHAMMAD JAMEEL. <br /> ARTICLE 2. DISSOLUTION <br /> Effective Date <br /> 2.01 The parties dissolve their Partnership effective at the <br /> close of business on December 15 , 1990 , and shall thereafter promptly <br /> liquidate the affairs of the Partnership . <br /> Notice of Dissolution <br /> 2.02 The parties shall cause a notice of the dissolution to <br /> be published at least once in the LODI NEWS SENTINEL, , a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the place at which the Partnership business <br /> has been regularly carried on. <br /> -1- <br />
