J <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE O Fly <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING I` <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> 521 N. Cherokee, in the City of Lodi (APN 041-274-56-4) on the <br /> northwest corner of the intersection of Cherokee Lane and Murray <br /> Street, has been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services, Environmental Health Division(PHS/EHD) . The plan is a <br /> proposal for mitigation of hazardous substances which contaminated <br /> the site due to unauthorized releases associated with underground <br /> storage tanks (UST) which were located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> Lodi Public Library, 221 W. Locust, Lodi, and PHS/EHD, 445 N. San <br /> Joaquin Street, Stockton, California, during normal working hours, <br /> 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. If a written request by any member of the <br /> public for a public hearing is not received by PHS/EHD by September <br /> 10, 1991, the tentative decision shall become final on that date <br /> and time. <br /> All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to <br /> PHS/EHD at P.O. Box 2009 , Stockton, 95201.
