Cherokee Lane
Lodi, CA 95202
Dear Steve:
I wanted to follow up on our telephone conversation of June 3
regarding the sampling of monitoring wells at the referenced site.
As I explained, we decided not to collect water samples after we
found that MW-1 and MW-2 had between 6 and 8 inches of floating
product, but we were unsure whether EHD would still require
sampling for colliform bacteria. I appreciate your looking into
this and calling back to affirm our decision not to sample at this
time. As you suggested, if Geological Audit Services is retained
for further work at this site, we will perform ground water
sampling at some later date when the free product has been removed.
Sincerely,
GEOLOGICAL AUDIT SERVICES, INC.
IW4 1
Victor Chc_rven
Project Geologist
cc: J.
