Saleem Khan. You report he stated "he was not <br /> aware of the extent of contamination and that the previous owner <br /> told their consulting firm (Applied Geosystems?) not to release <br /> the findings to him. " I am enclosing for your reference copies <br /> of the real estate disclosure statement in which he acknowledges <br /> receipt of a copy of Applied Geosystems ' report for this prop- <br /> erty , together with a copy of a hold harmless agreement signed by <br /> Mr .
