A preliminary Problem Assessment Report will be prepared and presented with all <br /> . linvestigative results and recommendations for additional investigation Quarterly Status <br /> Reports (QSR's) will be submitted every ninety days as required by state regulations for <br /> hazardous waste sites <br /> 9. DESCRIPTION OF WORK TO BE CONDUCTED: The work to be conducted will <br /> consist of the following tasks <br /> Task 1- Health and Safety Plan <br /> Develop a work plan and worker health and safety plan for the expanded <br /> soil and groundwater site assessment Procedures for conducting all work <br /> are outlined in the Worker Health and Safety Plan prepared by Consultant <br /> f8T site investigations (Attachment 2) Site-specific information is <br /> provided on the cover page of the worker health and safety plan All <br /> work will be completed in accordance with all regulatory requirements as <br /> defined by the State Water Resources Control Board's LUFT field manual <br /> Task 2- Sensitive Receptor Survey <br /> Consultant will conduct a sensitive receptor survey within a 2,000-foot <br /> radius of the site A vehicular reconnaissance of the site vicinity will be <br /> conducted to identify surface water bodies, schools, and potential water <br /> well users In addition, a request for water well records retained by the <br /> PHSEHD and the California State Division of Water -Resources (DWR) <br /> will be submitted Wells identified during the field reconnaissance, or by <br /> the PHSEHD and/or the DWR will be plotted on a scaled vicinity map and <br /> included in a brief report While copies of Water Well Drillers Reports <br /> cannot be provided as per Section 13752 of the California Water Code, <br /> much of pertinent information will be extracted and presented in tabular <br /> form and will include information pertaining to the type of receptor, <br /> distance from the former UST locations, and if readily available, <br /> information regarding well screen intervals <br /> Task 3- Groundwater Quarterly Monitoring <br /> Groundwater quarterly monitoring of the groundwater monitoring wells <br /> will be initiated Attachment 3 describes the procedures for sampling the <br /> monitoring wells Water samples will be analyzed using USEPA Test <br /> Method 8260B Concentrations of BTEX, TPH-g, 7 -oxygenates, and lead <br /> scavengers will be tabulated along with groundwater monitoring data <br /> (conductivity, pH, and temperature) Quarterly monitoring reports <br /> (QMRs) will be submitted to PHSEHD until otherwise directed and will <br /> include maps of wells monitored, Hydrographs of each well showing <br /> historical groundwater levels and constituent of concern concentrations, <br /> Mam 12 <br /> �\EnvEronmental�ParrnarTexaco\WorkplanVJ42003 wpd <br />
