0 <br /> . 3.0 PLANNED FUTURE WORK <br /> The next planned operation for this site will include additional Quarterly Status Report (QSR) <br /> and quarterly monitoring report (QMR) for the period ending June 30, 2003 <br /> The site will be resurveyed during the next quarter and the horizontal coordinates tied to <br /> California State Plane Coordinate System Each well head will be surveyed by use of a Tnmble <br /> 5700 global positioning system (GPS) instrument and base station and tied to the local state <br /> plane coordinate zone The latitude and longitude of each well head will also be determined to an <br /> accuracy of ±0 1 foot horizontal The casing elevation of each wellhead will be surveyed by <br /> GPS with confirmation by optical Monitoring well casing elevations will be tied to the local <br /> vertical datum <br /> Coordinate information and analytical data will be placed within the Geotracker system in <br /> accordance with program directives All past data collected will also be placed in the Geotracker <br /> system <br /> A sequence of Tasks to be accomplished for the was presented in a Work Directive Request to <br /> PHSEHD dated March 17, 2003 and approved by PHSEHD on March 18, 2003 These tasks will <br /> be included as an Expanded Site Assessment Workplan that will be prepared if PHSEHD agrees <br /> with the proposed Scope of Work Once PHSEHD approves the site assessment workplan the <br /> scope of work w>lI then be submitted to the State Water Resource Control Board- Division of <br /> Financial Assistance (SWRCB-DFA) for pre-approval Once pre-approval has be granted by the <br /> SWRCB-DFA work will be initiated within thirty (30) days <br /> Mam\D\Environmental\ParmarTexaco\Reports\033103QSR wpd 6 <br />
