File Review: Conduct file review of California Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board-Central Valley Region (RWQCB) for site to determine if any significant data is available <br /> A file review conducted in early February 2003 at the San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services-Environmental Health Division (PHSEHD) facility in Stockton did not yield any <br /> significant data that I do not already have on the site Once we have all significant data in hand <br /> we will arrange for a meeting with PHSEHD staff to discuss plan for site <br /> Task 2. Drum Sampling We intend to open the drums on site and inspect these for contents <br /> Any soil or liquids found inside will be evaluated and sampled We will collect a composite <br /> water sample for liquids and soil and have the analyses include USEPA Test Method 8015(m) for <br /> TPH-g and 8020 for BTEX Analyses will be conducted by Kiff Analytical of Davis, California <br /> No disposal of either liquids or solids will occur prior to your written approval <br /> As you are already aware, the property was owned and operated by Mrs Yeanng, who has <br /> transferred her State of California Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund (Fund) account into <br /> Mr Garcia's name <br /> I will advise you as to when we have all data ready for a review and meeting I anticipate this to <br /> occur within the next three weeks Please advise me when you wish us to start Please call me if <br /> you have any questions at (209) 369-9421 or(209) 601-6694 Thank you very much <br /> MamlD\Envuonmenta]1ParmarTexaco\Garcia0d3 wpd 1 <br />
