It appears that this source removal adequately protects the present and
future beneficial uses of groundwater in this region.
With the provision that the information provided to this agency was accurate and representative of
existing conditions. PHSJFHD has determined that additional investigation andlor remediation with
respect to this tank area is not warranted at this time. Therefore, this site has been removed from the
local contaminated data base list and will not be referred to any state agency for follow up.
Please be advised that this letter does not relieve you of any liability under the California Health and
Safety Code or Water Code for past, present, or future opembons at the site. Nor does it relieve you
of the responsibility to clean up existing, additional or previously unidentified conditions at the site
which cause or threatens to cause pollution or nuisance or otherwise pose a threat to water quality or
public heath.
If you have any questions or wish to discuss this letter in more detail, please contact Linda Turkahe,
Senior RENS, at(209) 488-3441.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Division
U iqf"— *
Linda Turkatte, Senior REHS Diane M-"Hinson, REHS
Site Mitigation Unit Supervisor
c: Greg Vaughn, CVRWOCB (AGT)
c- UGT file
A nil haw of Smn J11gUIP Ciwmry Hoallh Care lw ivt.<
