If the Responsible Parties are unable to perfrarm any acf!vity or submit any document in compliance with the schedule set forth herein, or gra compliance with any work schedule submitted pursuant to this Order and approved by the Executive Officer, the Responsible Parties may request in writing, an-extension of the time specified. The extension request shall include justif>,�ation for the delay.
