Complete and submit a copy of the Monitoring Plan to include ISD monitoring <br /> equipment to this office no later than 30 days after work is completed. <br /> 7. The technician must print out a copy of the alarm history prior to performing the <br /> "cold start" of the Veeder Root system and have the copy available at the time of <br /> EHD inspection. <br /> 8. All product installed must be certified by an independent testing organization and <br /> labeled as required by the organization. (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc. See <br /> California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Chapter 16 Table B for complete list.). <br /> Pursuant to the Underwriters Laboratories Inc (UL) listings, only those products <br /> bearing the UL mark will be considered listed. Any part/product not marked with <br /> the UL label will be rejected. <br /> 9.
