The result of the analysis of the two <br /> samples indicate the presence of MTBE at 2.2 ppm at a depth of 22 feet beneath 2NSW/17 and <br /> 29 ppm at a depth of 33 feet beneath TP-1/21. No other petroleum hydrocarbon compounds <br /> were detected. <br /> Enviros Inc. requests closure of the site based upon the results of the February 22, 1996 <br /> investigation. PHS/EHD requires that you submit a closure report which adheres to the March <br /> 1, 1994 Appendix B Tri-Regional Board Staff Recommendations for Preliminary Investigation <br /> and Evaluation of Underground Tank Sites.
