(Cambria) prepared this report on behalf of Equiva <br /> Services LLC in accordance with quarterly reporting guidelines issued by the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board and San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division (SJCPHS/EHD). <br /> . S <br /> THIRD QUARTER 2001 ACTIVITIES <br /> I <br /> Blaine Tech Services, Inc. (Blaine) of San Jose, California gauged and sampled all site wells and <br /> i <br /> prepared a summary table of field gauging data and gasoline constituents (Appendix A): <br /> Cambria compiled the oxygenate and lead scavenger data (Table 1), prepared a site vicinity map <br /> (Figure 1), and prepared a groundwater contour/chemical concentration map (Figure 2). Blaine's <br /> report,presenting the Iaboratory report, is included as Appendix A. <br /> ANTICIPATEDf1='OURTH QUARTER 2001 ACTIVITES <br /> Blaine will gauge and sample the site wells according to the existing sampling schedule and <br /> Oakland, CA tabulate the data.
