The subject property is currently a vacant Shell-branded gasoline station located on the <br /> Seattle WA southeast corner of East Victor Road and South Beckman Avenue The subject property has <br /> Cambria been used as a gasohne station since approximately 1964 when the Underground Storage <br /> Environmental Tanks (USTs) were first installed Cambria did not observe any ground water monitoring <br /> Technology, Inc Wells located on the subject property <br /> 0144 65th Street <br /> Suite s • Review of public agency files identified several sites within a 1/4-mile radius of the subject <br /> Oakland CA 94608 property including sit on the Cortese database which lists sites with contaminated <br /> Tel (5ro) 420-0700 � <br /> Fax(510) 420-9170 <br />
