June 15, 1999 <br /> AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHS <br /> Representative aerial photographs of the subject property vicinity were obtained from Western <br /> Aerial in Eugene, Oregon Aerial photographs taken in 1985, 1989 and 1993 were reviewed No <br /> earlier photographs were available for this area <br /> April 1 1985 <br /> �' The subject property appears to be a service station, with the same layout as later photos The t �-R <br /> area immediately to the west of the subject property is a highway with entrance and exit ramps <br /> The areas to the south, east and north appear to be commercial Residential properties are located <br /> approximately 1/4-mile to the east of the subject property A trailer park is located 1/4-mile to <br /> the north of the subject property A river is located just over 1/2-mile to the north of the subject <br /> property The area 1/4-anile to the east is predominantly agricultural <br /> April 28, 1989 <br /> The subject property appears to be a service station, with the same layout as the other two <br /> photos The surrounding properties are essentially the same as in the 1985 photo described <br /> above However, there are a few more commercial properties to the east <br /> March 11,-1993 <br /> The subject property appears to be a service station, with the same layout as the previous photos <br /> The area immediately surrounding the property is essentially the same as in the 1989 photo <br /> - described above There is some additional commercial development to the east that extends <br /> approximately 3/4 miles Beyond this is agricultural property to the edge of the photo <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DATA RESOURCES, INC.
