CAMBRIA <br /> 1� 55 April 26, 2000 <br /> Mr Jeffrey Wong <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> 304 E Weber Avenue, Third Floor <br /> Stockton, California 95202 <br /> Re Groundwater Monitoring Report - First Quarter 2000 <br /> Former Shell Service Station <br /> 880 Victor Road <br /> Lodi, California <br /> SAP Code 135446 <br /> Incident No 98995526 <br /> SJCPHS/EHD Site Code 1746 <br /> Dear Mr Wong <br /> This report describes the recently completed activities associated with groundwater <br /> monitoring and sampling at the referenced site (Figures 1 and 2) This report was prepared to <br /> meet quarterly reporting requirements issued by the Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> Central Valley Region and San Joaquin County Public Health Services (SJCPHS) <br /> Quarterly Monitoring & Sampling Summary <br /> Groundwater monitoring and sampling for the first quarter of 2000 is summarized below <br /> 0 Blaine Tech Services, Inc (Blaine), of San Jose, California measured groundwater <br /> levels and collected groundwater samples in wells MW-1 through MW-3 on <br /> February 1, 2000 Samples were transported to Sequoia Analytical of Morgan Hill <br /> California, for chemical analyses <br /> • Cambria Environmental Technology, Inc (Cambria) evaluated water-level <br /> measurement data and prepared a groundwater contour map (Figure 2) Groundwater <br /> Oakland CA flow direction is to the northeast at an approximate hydraulic gradient of 0 002 <br /> San Ramon, CA <br /> Son oma, CA .
