Ya17 PM I- 05 <br /> CAL WATER QUARTERLY REPORT, FOURTH QUARTER 1995 <br /> CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br /> CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br /> January 11, 1996 <br /> Site ID- Shell Station 880 Victor Road Lodi, CA. <br /> WIC No. 204-44160806 San Joaquin County <br /> Site Details: <br /> This report has been submitted to meet quarterly reporting requirements prescribed by <br /> California Administrative Code Title 23 Waters, Chapter 3, Subchapter 16, Article 5, Section <br /> 2652 <br /> The release report was filed by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental <br /> Health Division (SJCPHS/EHD) personnel following the removal and upgrade of underground <br /> fuel storage tanks at the site in December 1994 During the upgrade, approximately 1,100 cubic <br /> yards of soil surrounding the former tanks and product piping were excavated and hauled from <br /> the site Ground water was not observed in the excavation Fugro submitted a Site Investigation <br /> Workplan dated September 13, 1995, and a Site Investigation Workplan Addendum dated <br /> December 14, 1995 These workplans were prepared (1) in response to the SJCPHS/EHD letters <br /> to Shell dated August 14, 1995, and November 14, 1995 , requiring further investigation in the <br /> vicinity of the UST basin, (2) to comply with the requirements of the Underground Storage Tank <br /> Cleanup Fund Program (SB 2004), and (3) to assess the nature and extent of petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons in soil in the vicinity of the former UST excavation <br /> Actions planned for the next three months: <br /> Fugro has received verbal approval of the workplan and workplan addendum from the <br /> SJCPHS/EHD, the work will be permitted, scheduled, and performed during the first quarter of <br /> 1996 The next quarterly status report for this site will be submitted by April 15, 1996 <br /> This report has been copied to the following <br /> E Thayer, Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> S Sasson, San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> J Granberry, Shell Oil Products Company <br /> W Shipp, Fugro West, Inc <br /> S Osborn, Fugro West, Inc <br /> 95470571 DRP <br />
