To maintain your Waste Tire Hauler Registration,you need to renew your current bond or <br /> obtain a new bond.If the CIWMB Waste Tire Hauler Program does not receive"Proof Of Bond <br /> Coverage" before the effective date of cancellation,your registration will be cancelled. At that time,you <br /> will no longer be able to haul used or waste tires. <br /> If you haul used or waste tires without a current Waste Tire Hauler Registration,which requires a current <br /> Surety Bond,you are subject to civil penalties.
