Contact the fire department for any applicable permits. <br /> 2. All new submittals supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Both primary and secondary pipes shall bear a LJL label. <br /> 4. All pipe fittings and connections shall bear a LJL label. <br /> 5. All monitoring systems shall be listed on the LG 113-15. <br /> 6. All testing shall be in compliance with manufacturer's instructions, section 2635 <br /> and section 2636 of California Code of Regulations (CCR). <br /> 7. Automatic pump shutdown must satisfy CCR 2636(g). <br /> 8. Any changes shall be submitted to EHD for approval prior to commencing work. <br /> 9. Submit proof of tank and piping certification for employees. <br /> 10. An accurate and drawn-to-scale-as-built plan must be submitted to EHD prior to <br /> scheduling a final inspection. <br /> 11. Contact Dennis Catanyag for inspection. See inspection checklist for the required <br /> inspections. All appointments must be scheduled 48 hours in advance. <br /> 12.
