Contact the local fire department, building department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution <br />Control District for applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to EHD prior to <br />commencing work. <br />3. All piping and connections shall bear an UL label. <br />4. All piping must slope to a containment sump with an audible and visual alarm. <br />5. All equipment in contact with backfill must have corrosion protection. <br />6. Contact Steven C. Shih at (209) 468-9850 to arrange inspection appointments; 48-hour <br />notice for inspection appointments is required. Contact EHD for the following inspections: <br />(a) Primary piping, secondary piping and piping slope. <br />(b) 24-hour lake test on UDCs. <br />(c) Final inspection. A final inspection must be performed prior to returning this station to <br />operation. <br />(i) A third party certified piping line tightness test must be performed and results prior <br />to scheduling the final inspection. <br />(ii) Submit form C with signature. (Copy attached) <br />(iii) Submit an As -Built plan to EHD at the time of the final inspection. Note: A final <br />inspection will not be performed unless the as -built is submitted. <br />(iv) If automatic pump shut down is provided it must satisfy 2636(g) of California <br />Code of Regulations (CCR). <br />(v) Monitoring sensors will be tested at time of final inspection. <br />7.
