PARKED THERE FOR 7-8 HOURS WITHOUT <br /> RESTROOM FACILITY. FOOD EMPLOYEES ALLEGEDLY URINATE & DEFECATE ON PROPERTY. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP° F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Went to the site where the mobile food facility parks. Spoke with owner of the business. He stated that he does park at site <br /> from 9 am to 4 pm. He stated they walk to the gas station, fast lane and food mart, on the east-side of 15 to use the restroom. <br /> Informed the owner about the requirements for the restroom if he parks at a location for more than an hour. California Health <br /> Safety 114315. <br /> (a) <br /> A food facility shall be operated within 200 feet travel distance of an approved and readily available toilet and handwashing <br /> facility, or as otherwise approved by the enforcement agency, to ensure that restroom facilities are available to facility <br /> employees whenever the mobile food facility is stopped to conduct business for more than a one-hour period. <br /> The owner was informed about the peddler county ordinance requiring a vehicle to stop for 20 minutes to make sales. <br /> The owner agreed to only stop for 20 minutes at this location until the owner of the property obtainspermission to conduct a <br /> business or park the truck there. The restroom will then be required. The owner will prepare a statement explaining how he <br /> would use the restroom to be approved by this department. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
