Training records on former employees shall be kept for at least three years from the date the employee last worked at the facility. At time of inspection generator copy of manifest# 000585316SKS, 1/25/08 was seen without the TSDF {{ copy_ Hazardous waste generators must maintain copies of TSDF-signed manifests for 3 years and i have them readily available for review_ If the generator did not receive a copy of the manifest with the handwritten signature of the owner or operator of the facility to which the generator's waste was submitted within 35 days of the date the waste was accepted by the initial transporter, the generator shall contact the transporter and/or the owner or operator of the designated facility to determine the status of the waste_ If within 45 days, from the date that the hazardous waste was accepted by the initial transporter,the generator did not receive a copy of the manifest with the handwritten signature of the owner/operator of the designated facility, the generator shall submit to DTSC a legible copy of the manifest, with some indication that the generator has not received confirmation of delivery. Within 30 days (June 19, 2010) provide the office with a copy of the TSDF copy or the exception report submitted to DTSC.
