PE 2200 BAKER <br /> 102 min SC 004 <br /> Arrived on site with Maryann Beniamine (REHS) for a joint complaint inspection. <br /> Met with William Holsten the husband of the property owner. William Holsten <br /> allowed us to take photos and inspect the front and back yards. Did not observed <br /> any staining on the ground. No evidence of chemicals leaking or being poured <br /> onto the ground. No damaged containers observed. A lot of"junk" in the back <br /> yard but no evidence that a chop shop is taking place at the house. Gave William <br /> Holsten a copy of the HHW brochure and told him that he can take hazardous <br /> waste there for free. He said that is where he takes stuff already. Unable to verify <br /> alleged complaint. Left site. <br /> 05/10/2019 Completed OIR. Gave a copy to Francisco Ruiz (Office Assistant) to mail to PE 2200 BAKER <br /> 30 min property owner in parcel viewer. SC 007 <br /> Completed photo log. <br /> Updated GIS information. <br /> Abated complaint as 08-unable to verify alleged complaint.
